Anaco celebrates their diverse workforce

American culture is a diverse mix of customs and traditions from nearly every region of the world. To celebrate these differences, Anaco held their first ever cultural potluck on June 23.  Team members prepared their favorite dishes native to their culture and shared them with the team.  More than twenty Mexican, Guatemalan, Nicaraguan, Salvadorian, Philippine, Italian, and southern dishes were available at the event.  The food was delicious and team members are already looking forward to next year’s event. 

At McWane we celebrate our diverse workforce as our company and our team members become more globalized. While we come from different cultures, we share the same mission, to produce sustainable products that will last for generations.  This is the foundation of our continued success.
